We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of IBM Practice to lead, build, and scale this strategic partnership from India. This leader will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through deep IBM solution/product implementation experience and knowledge, bringing thought leadership to client engagements, and delivering high-impact solutions in collaboration with IBM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overall vision, strategy, and growth roadmap for the IBM Practice at Quadrant Technologies.
• Act as the executive liaison with IBM leadership to strengthen collaboration, co-develop offerings, and drive joint customer acquisition.
• Identify, develop, and close joint go-to-market opportunities with IBM across key sectors and geographies.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of IBM technology experts focused on Cloud, AI, Data, and Application delivery.
• Bring IBM product/solution expertise to client opportunity pursuits to win deals; Own and drive IBM-centric opportunity pursuits.
• Oversee the design and delivery of innovative, scalable IBM-based solutions aligned with customer and market needs.
• Represent Quadrant at industry forums, IBM events, and executive roundtables to position the organization as a preferred IBM partner.
• Ensure smooth execution of projects, profitability of the IBM practice, and continuous improvement in delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, consulting, or enterprise solutions, with significant expertise (10+years) in IBM technologies and ecosystems.
• Proven success in building or leading an IBM practice at a consulting or technology firm.
• Should have been a practitioner with the experience of leading/overseeing several end-to-end implementations of Apptio, Maximo or WatsonX based solutions.
• Should have a solid understanding of some industry/functional domains to be able to have engaging C-level conversations.
• Strong understanding of IBM Cloud, Watson AI, Data & Analytics, Automation, and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure.
• Deep experience in partner relationship management, business development, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence at senior levels.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent business leadership experience preferred.
