Location: PuneReporting To: CEO / Managing DirectorIndustry: Automotive Components ManufacturingExperience: 15+ years, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role in a manufacturing setupQualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (preferred from reputed institutions)________________________________________Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function for our organizationa leading Tier-1 automotive component manufacturer with a pan-India presence and global client base. The incumbent will play a key role in shaping the company’s human capital strategy, driving a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and people practices.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership• Develop and execute the HR strategy in line with the company’s business objectives.• Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on people-related matters.• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.Talent Acquisition & Management• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar workforce across multiple plants.• Champion employer branding and campus hiring programs for technical talent.• Lead initiatives for talent retention, engagement, and career development.Industrial Relations & Compliance• Maintain harmonious industrial relations across manufacturing plants.• Lead union negotiations, long-term settlements, and grievance redressal processes.• Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, ESI, PF, CLRA, etc.).Learning & Development• Drive leadership development programs and skill enhancement initiatives across levels.• Identify training needs and deploy relevant learning interventions for staff and operators.Performance Management & Culture Building• Drive the implementation of a robust performance management system (PMS).• Foster a performance-driven, inclusive, and safety-first workplace culture.• Champion initiatives around employee engagement, diversity, and well-being.HR Operations & Systems• Ensure smooth functioning of HR operations, payroll, and HRIS platforms.• Leverage data analytics for decision-making and HR metric tracking (attrition, productivity, etc.).• Lead digitization and automation efforts in HR processes.________________________________________Candidate Profile:• Proven experience in managing HR for a multi-location manufacturing setup.• Strong exposure to industrial relations and union management.• Strategic mindset with hands-on approach to execution.• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.• Experience in driving organizational transformation or cultural change is a plus.________________________________________Why Join Us:• Work with a market leader in automotive components with global OEM partnerships.• Lead the transformation of a growing company into a future-ready organization.• Be part of a values-driven, innovation-led workplace that puts people first.
