Head of Global Sourcing

As the Head of Global Sourcing at Global Export/Import-Enablement Platform, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing the Demand-First strategy to transform the vision into multi-million dollar contracts. Your responsibilities and challenges will include: - Designing and executing the global demand-generation strategy, focusing on mid-to-large-scale importers/manufacturers. - Implementing a "Demand-First" sourcing approach by deeply understanding buyer specifications and utilizing the platform's supply network to fulfill their precise needs. - Building and managing high-value relationships with key buyers and structuring long-term supply contracts. - Providing critical, real-time market intelligence to refine the product roadmap and monetization model. To excel in this role, you should have: - 10-15 years of progressive experience in international sales, commodities trading, or a senior sourcing role within a major B2B trading house. - Direct experience in securing recurring, multi-million dollar supply contracts with international importers/manufacturers in a high-trust vertical. - Proven ability to manage complex forward contracts and navigate multi-cultural client relationships. - A strong desire for an early-stage, high-equity role where you will be responsible for building the company's revenue engine from the ground up.
