As an Analyst, you will support the investment team in sourcing opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting in deal execution and portfolio management. Responsibilities Investment Research and Sourcing Support: Assist in identifying potential investment opportunities through research and preliminary outreach. Due Diligence Assistance: Support the team in financial analysis, market validation, and data collection for potential deals. Investment Process Support: Help prepare investment memos, presentations, and supporting documentation. Portfolio Support: Assist in tracking performance and impact metrics and conducting basic analyses for portfolio companies. Market Intelligence: Conduct sectoral research to inform investment theses and track trends in climate tech and sustainability. Ecosystem Engagement: Help coordinate GFCs presence at events and build databases of relevant ecosystem players. Qualifications and Attributes Bachelors degree in engineering, economics, finance, or related fields from a premier institution. 1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or startup roles; climate-focused work experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills specific to early-stage investments.
