  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on financial performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business viability assessments for ongoing and new projects.

2. Fundraising & Project Finance

  • Lead fundraising initiatives including debt, equity, structured finance, and refinancing as required.
  • Structure and manage project financing arrangements, including lender negotiations and documentation.
  • Evaluate project feasibility, IRR, funding mix, and financial risks across construction and EPC contracts.
  • Optimize capital structure and support business expansion initiatives.

3. Controllership, Accounting & MIS

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.
  • Build and strengthen MIS, dashboards, and reporting systems for management and Board review.
  • Establish and enhance internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance frameworks.

4. Project Costing & Working Capital Management

  • Manage project-level budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis, and milestone-based financial monitoring.
  • Oversee contractor and vendor billing, certifications, and payment cycles.
  • Optimize working capital and cash flows across projects, EPC, and supply verticals.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of funds aligned with construction and operational timelines.

5. Compliance, Taxation & Risk Management

  • Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and RERA.
  • Act as the principal authority for RERA financial compliance, escrow account management, and reporting.
  • Lead statutory, tax, internal, and lender audits with a focus on clean audit outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.

6. Treasury & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage all banking relationships, escrow accounts, credit facilities, and treasury operations.
  • Serve as the primary financial interface with investors, lenders, regulatory authorities, vendors, and contractors.
  • Act as a key liaison with Buyers’ Welfare Associations, ensuring transparency and trust through regular financial reporting.
  • Lead negotiations with financial institutions and external stakeholders on commercial and financial matters.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory); MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 12–25 years of overall experience with at least 5–10 years in a senior finance leadership role.
  • Strong, demonstrable experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction / EPC sectors.
  • Proven track record in project finance, fundraising (debt/equity), and managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Exposure to turnaround situations or financially stressed projects will be a strong advantage.

  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High levels of integrity, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure in complex environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar).

What We Offer

  • A critical leadership role with direct impact on business strategy and outcomes.
  • Opportunity to lead finance for large-scale projects and be part of a significant growth or turnaround journey.
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-linked incentives.
  • Long-term career growth and leadership visibility with the Board and key stakeholders.
