Head of Finance / AGM Finance

You will be responsible for overseeing the finance department of the company. Your primary duties will include managing day-to-day accounts, coordinating with stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and consultants, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining banking relationships and handling financial transactions. To excel in this role, you must have a CA or Inter CA qualification with at least 8 years of experience in finance. You should possess a strong understanding of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and GST compliance. Experience in coordinating with auditors for tax assessments and appellate matters will be beneficial. As the Head of Finance / AGM Finance, you will report directly to the Managing Directors and work from the company's location in Ahmedabad. Your expertise in financial management and accounting software configuration will be essential in ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
