The Head of Marketing will lead the organization's full marketing function with a clear mandate to drive measurable growth, elevate brand presence, strengthen digital performance, and directly support revenue objectives. This role requires a strategic leader who is comfortable owning KPIs, optimising spend, and building high-performing marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Growth & Demand Generation
- Lead the development and execution of growth strategies that consistently increase marketing-sourced leads and revenue contribution.
- Build and manage the full acquisition funnel, ensuring strong performance across MQL, SQL, and conversion stages.
- Maintain efficient customer acquisition cost through continuous optimisation of channels, creatives, and targeting.
- Improve conversion outcomes through refined funnel design, nurturing workflows, and cross-functional alignment with sales.
Performance Marketing
- Oversee paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance channels with clear accountability for ROI.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve cost efficiency, lead quality, and overall return on ad spend.
- Manage marketing automation flows to improve engagement, ensure consistent lead nurturing, and enhance lifecycle performance.
Brand & Content Leadership
- Strengthen the organization's brand positioning through consistent, high-quality messaging and storytelling across all platforms.
- Drive organic growth through SEO strategy, content planning, and digital presence optimisation.
- Expand social media reach and engagement through platform-specific strategies and timely, relevant content.
- Ensure strong creative direction and brand governance across all marketing assets.
Product Launch & Go-To-Market
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of certification, product, and program launches.
- Build structured go-to-market playbooks that cover positioning, messaging, digital campaigns, PR, and sales enablement.
- Partner with product and business teams to ensure launch goals translate into measurable impact.
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Build analytics frameworks and dashboards to track marketing performance, funnel health, CAC efficiency, and brand metrics.
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership with insights, risks, and recommended actions.
- Use data to identify high-impact opportunities, address bottlenecks, and optimise cross-channel strategy.
Experience Requirement
- 812+ years of progressive experience in full-stack marketing, growth marketing, or brand leadership roles.
- Strong command of digital channels, performance marketing, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrated experience driving measurable growth and operating in KPI-driven environments.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience in edtech, professional training, fintech, BFSI, or compliance-focused industries is a strong advantage.
