We are now expanding into end-to-end digital marketing services and seeking a Head of Digital Marketing who will:
- Lead our new marketing division, - Manage client campaigns, - Build a team of digital marketers, - Act as the key point of contact for client success.

This is a remote-first leadership role with exciting growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for clients.
• Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Social Media campaigns.
• Act as the primary client contact for marketing deliverables, reporting, and strategy.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of SEO, PPC, Content, and Social Media specialists.
• Set up analytics dashboards (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio) and track KPIs.
• Ensure high ROI and client satisfaction through data-driven marketing.
• Stay updated with latest tools, AI-driven strategies, and marketing trends.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
• Proficiency in Marketing Automation tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp.
• Ability to design and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Leadership skills with ability to hire, train, and manage a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools for automation and optimization.
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Figma to brief designers.
• Understanding of user behavior analysis tools like Hotjar or CrazyEgg.
