Role Overview: As the Head of Data Sciences, Analytics, AI, and BI at Aramex, you will be a senior strategic and operational leader responsible for driving innovation, project delivery, and operational excellence in the BI, analytics, and AI landscape. Your role will involve developing and communicating a long-term vision and strategy aligned with Aramex's business objectives, engaging with business stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities, and leading a high-performing team to deliver fit-for-purpose analytics and AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and communicate a long-term vision and strategy for Data Sciences, Analytics, AI, and BI aligned with Aramex's business strategy. - Drive innovation in analytics and AI to enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency. - Proactively engage business stakeholders to understand complex requirements and strategic priorities. - Design and deliver analytics and AI solutions that optimize operations, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue. - Own end-to-end operations of enterprise analytics platforms, ensuring platform stability, performance, security, and compliance. - Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, AI engineers, BI analysts, and data operations engineers. - Oversee demand intake, prioritization, and resource allocation for analytics and AI projects and BAU operations. - Develop and manage functional budgets, identify revenue-generating opportunities, and optimize resource allocation for analytics and AI initiatives. - Manage strategic relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure SLA compliance and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Experience in leadership roles with a focus on analytics, AI, and BI. - Strong strategic planning and operational leadership skills. - Proven experience in managing enterprise analytics platforms and leading high-performing teams. - Knowledge of ITIL-aligned processes and best practices. - Ability to balance project delivery with steady-state operations and respond to unplanned business demands. - Experience in financial management and vendor relationship management. - Strong collaboration, accountability, and innovation skills.
