Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Customer Relations, located in Kottayam. The Head of Customer Relations will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer support and service, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Additional day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data to improve service quality, resolving customer issues promptly, and developing strategies to enhance customer experience.
