Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and customer-obsessed professional to lead and scale our Customer Experience (CX) function across delivery, fulfilment, and support. The Head of CX will own delivery SLAs, customer satisfaction, and build systems.

Required Candidate profile

- 6–10 years in e-commerce / D2C operations or CX- Hands-on experience managing high-volume orders per month
