Job Summary

The Head of Customer Acquisition will spearhead efforts to maximize new customer acquisition

by overseeing the entire lead lifecycle, from generating leads through multiple digital media

platforms to converting them into loyal clients. This role demands a strategic leader with deep

expertise in digital marketing, lead intelligence, and team leadership. Reporting to senior

management, you will lead the marketing and lead management teams to ensure a high volume

of new customers are acquired, enabling sales teams across our 15 clinics to achieve their

targets. The primary objective is to drive consistent growth in new customer acquisition in a

competitive, pan-India environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation for Customer Acquisition

generate high-quality leads across multiple digital media platforms (e.g., Meta ,social

media, search engines, email campaigns, and content marketing). Leverage intelligence

systems to identify and target potential customers, ensuring a robust pipeline for new

client acquisition.

Lead-to-Customer Conversion

by assessing client interest through calls and interactions. Ensure seamless transition of

qualified prospects to the appropriate clinic locations, where sales personnel follow up to

convert prospects into new customers through consultations and deal closures.

Optimizing Acquisition Processes

acquisition process, implementing metrics, tools, and processes to track and optimize

conversion rates at every stage. Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maximize the

number of new customers acquired.

Team Leadership for Acquisition Goals

conversion strategies to drive client growth.

Performance Monitoring and Growth Targets

meet or exceed their customer acquisition targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition,

preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic services industry.

Proven track record in driving new customer acquisition through end-to-end lead

management, with expertise in digital media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads,

SEO/SEM) and customer relationship management tools.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams to achieve

acquisition goals.

Excellent analytical abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools to track customer

acquisition metrics and ROI.

Deep understanding of client behavior in the BtoC segment , with a focus on ethical and

compliant lead nurturing to drive new customer growth.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse

stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in BtoC Segment , Telecom, beauty industry, Retail with a focus on customer

acquisition.

Familiarity with AI-driven lead scoring and automation tools to enhance customer

acquisition efficiency.
