Head of customer acquisition

As an Onboarding Specialist for a medical SaaS platform, your primary role will involve: - Building a strategic plan to reach 1k HCPs in 3 months. - Demonstrating the solution to HCPs & explaining how the solution works & benefits. - Filling up the feedback questionnaire. - Assisting Interested HCPs to Sign up. - Participation in Conferences & exhibitions to accelerate HCP sign-ups. - Follow up & drive support for signed up HCPs. - Collaborating with tech to improve user success metrics & build product features. Qualifications required for this role include: - Familiarity with the doctors sales & support ecosystem. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the sales function within the pharma or medical devices industry. - Excellent communication skills are essential. - Ex sales reps from the healthcare industry who may have been on sabbatical or career break may find this job relevant. The compensation offered for the shortlisted candidate will be 20% higher than their previous monthly salary.
