As the Head of Content & Strategy at our agency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the content development and strategic direction of our projects. Your responsibilities will include leading the creation of content strategies aligned with business objectives, overseeing content creation and management, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and mentoring a team of content creators. You will be expected to leverage both creative thinking and data-driven decision-making to craft content strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable business results. Your strategic leadership will guide the creation and execution of integrated content strategies that stay aligned with industry trends and business goals. In terms of content creation and management, you will be responsible for ensuring the creation and distribution of high-quality content that maintains consistency with brand messaging and goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute content-driven marketing campaigns across various platforms to maximize reach and engagement. Your role will also involve leading and mentoring a team of content creators to uphold the highest standards of creativity and performance. In addition, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus. A minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or strategy is required, along with a proven track record of successful content strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms. You should have a strong understanding of SEO, content marketing analytics, and social media metrics, coupled with exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills. Being a creative and strategic thinker with a deep comprehension of the marketing landscape and consumer behavior is essential. The ability to balance creative ideas with data-driven insights to deliver impactful results is crucial, along with strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a diverse team effectively.,
