Head of Compliance for International Student Recruitment

Role Overview: Global University Systems is an international education group dedicated to empowering students through education. As the Global Compliance HOD, you will play a pivotal role in leading the IBD Compliance Team to support strategic compliance objectives and enhance overall team performance. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate disparities, suspicious activity, and patterns to identify inconsistencies. - Develop and implement a Recruitment Partner risk management and compliance program based on industry best practices. - Conduct Recruitment Partner risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies. - Collaborate with business units to ensure proper vetting of Partners and implement risk mitigation strategies. - Prepare reports on Recruitment Partner risk management activities and provide updates to senior management. - Lead in the development, implementation, and communication of Recruitment Partner compliance and risk policies and procedures. - Educate and train stakeholders on regulations and industry practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in operational risk management, Recruitment Partner risk management, or related field. - Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or equivalent certification. - Supply Chain Management Designation (SCMP). - Strong project management skills and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
