Job Description

The Head of Central Marketing Operations at Fidelity International plays a pivotal role in leading the centre of excellence that provides enterprise marketing services to both the Global Platform Solutions (GPS) and ISS business divisions. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer - Global Platform Solutions, the role involves overseeing geographically diverse teams across India, the UK, Europe, and Asia to ensure the delivery of cost-effective and efficient marketing operations that drive exceptional client outcomes. Key responsibilities include spearheading Marketing Technology and Transformation, focusing on developing new capabilities and optimizing existing systems with a primary emphasis on Adobe products. This includes managing and developing the Medallia system to capture the "Voice of the Customer," driving email marketing operations through Adobe Marketo, managing marketing workflow via Adobe Workfront and DAM, and leading marketing analytics and insights generation for data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the role involves overseeing Marketing Operations, invoice processing, Business Management, including delivering comprehensive reporting and tracking of KPIs, managing governance frameworks, operational routines, prudent cost management, budget discipline, marketing procurement, and key agency management. The successful candidate will establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for marketing operations activities, develop robust reporting and analytics frameworks to track performance, identify areas for optimization, and lead initiatives to improve marketing ROI and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading and scaling marketing operations within a complex, global organization, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in marketing technologies, data analytics, and tools, strategic thinking, strong budget management skills, and a focus on optimizing marketing spend. Additionally, they should be adept at developing talent, fostering high-performing teams, and creating a conducive climate that values contributions, initiative, and achievement.
