Head of Category & Brand Management

As a Category/Brand Manager Head at Clinikally, your role will involve driving brand partnerships in dermatology, nutrition, and wellness across Rx and OTC categories. You will play a crucial part in expanding the offerings and product categories available for Clinikally's users while contributing to the growth of the tele-consultation services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary contact for new brands during the onboarding process. - Build an ever-growing portfolio of brands, negotiate with them, and introduce them to Clinikally's online pharmacy + telehealth platform, adding to the existing 250 brand partners. - Monitor the progress of brands and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop supply chain strategies aligned with offline sales goals. - Work closely with the customer service team to address supply chain-related concerns raised by customers. - Collaborate with sales teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels. - Resolve supply chain-related issues impacting revenue operations promptly. - Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory at offline and online locations. - Formulate a comprehensive account-wise strategy, including promotions like telehealth tie-ups. - Deliver revenue targets and manage the entire channel's P&L. - Work on conceptualizing and executing category-building initiatives. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations. **Qualifications For The Role:** - 5+ years of experience in e-commerce sales/e-pharmacy/key account management, preferably with a B.Pharm and/or M.Pharm. - Familiarity with brand strategies and marketing principles. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Experience in working on new products and developing consumer concepts. - Strong skills in interpersonal communication and adept at writing. - Experience with healthcare, derma, pharma, and/or beauty brands. - Ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a collaborative manner.,
