Position Overview

Head of Analysis – Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership

• Lead the FP&A function within the CoE, ensuring alignment with global financial strategies and standards.
• Partner with the Global FP&A team in Copenhagen to support strategic planning and performance management.
• Drive consistency and scalability in financial processes across regions and business units.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.

• Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial analysis to support global decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within FP&A workflows.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and communicate key drivers of performance.

• Global Collaboration

• Act as a key liaison between the CoE and the Global FP&A team, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
• Support the rollout of global FP&A initiatives, tools, and systems.
• Champion best practices and standardization across all financial planning activities.

• Reporting & Performance Management

• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and dashboards for global stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.

• Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team within the CoE.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working in or with a Centre of Excellence or shared services environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Power BI, Excel).
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
