As the Head of Artificial Intelligence at NYX, your role will involve leading a team of AI experts, developing new AI algorithms, and enhancing existing models. It is essential to have hands-on experience and be actively involved in technical development while also demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute NYX's AI strategy aligned with business objectives. - Conceptualise and develop the AI Agent platform for performance marketing use cases. - Lead a high-performing team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers. - Stay updated on AI advancements to maintain NYX's market leadership. - Oversee design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI systems. - Lead the development and scaling of generative AI technologies and multi-agent systems. - Drive hands-on coding and contribute to AI platform development. - Foster a research-driven culture and encourage contributions to AI conferences. - Create innovative AI solutions for real-world challenges in performance marketing. - Collaborate with product and business teams to align AI initiatives with customer needs. - Work cross-functionally to integrate AI solutions into NYX's product offerings. - Ensure ethical AI development practices and establish data governance best practices. **Qualifications:** - Educational Background: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields from a top-tier institution. - Experience: 8+ years in AI/ML with a focus on deep learning and generative AI models. - Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scalable model deployment. - Skills: Strong coding skills, leadership, team-building, visionary mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. **Additional Details:** NYX is a full-stack customer acquisition platform powered by advanced AI agents for marketing teams.
