Our team is looking for a Head of Agronomy to lead our agronomic practices and drive excellence across all our operations. Location: Maharashtra/Gujarat/Madhya Pradesh Type: Full-time Experience: Senior-level with a strong background in crop science, soil health, and team leadership As the Head of Agronomy, you will: Develop Materra’s crop management (including multi-crop, multi-year) plans and manage the company’s overall agronomic approach and advisory. Ensure effective communication and instruction regarding regenerative agriculture practices to farmers and the attainment of Materra’s impact KPIs on the ground. Manage Materra’s agronomy team. Manage and lead Materra’s R&D work. The position will be based in Maharashtra (specific location TBD) and include travel within Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh.
