Head of Affiliates

You will be the Head of Affiliates at Amigo Media, a cutting-edge iGaming Agency in India. Your main responsibility will be to develop and manage the affiliate program, ensuring sustainable growth and strong relationships with key partners. By driving traffic, increasing conversions, and optimizing ROI from affiliate partnerships, you will play a crucial role in the company's success. - Develop and implement a strategic affiliate marketing plan for global iGaming markets. - Recruit, onboard, and manage high-value affiliates and media partners. - Negotiate and structure competitive CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deals. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to maximize ROI. - Ensure compliance with iGaming regulations and responsible gaming policies. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance) to align affiliate strategies with business objectives. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. - Proven experience (5+ years) in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry. - Strong network of affiliate contacts in the iGaming sector. - Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics. - Knowledge of affiliate tracking tools and platforms (e.g., Income Access, Affilka, or similar). - Understanding of global iGaming markets and regulations. - Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.,
