Role Description

The Head of 2D & 3D Design will oversee the development and execution of design strategies across projects, ensuring creative excellence and alignment with branding goals. Responsibilities include managing a team of designers, overseeing visual and product design workflows, and contributing to branding and interior design projects. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Perintalmanna.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Management, with the ability to lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary design team
• Expertise in Visual Design and Product Design for high-quality outputs that align with client and project goals
• Experience in Branding to develop and maintain consistent brand identities
• Knowledge of Interior Design principles for spatial and experiential projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and collaborate across departments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and understanding of design tools and software
