Head – Nursing Upskill Training Academy

We are seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, and talented professional to lead our Nursing Upskill Training Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing high-quality training programs, overseeing academic excellence, and building strong international collaborations for placement and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive nursing upskill academic curriculum aligned with global standards.
• Lead and manage academic and administrative staff, ensuring effective performance and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with international healthcare institutions, training bodies, and placement agencies.
• Coordinate with foreign entities for overseas placement opportunities and professional collaborations.
• Monitor training quality, student progress, and institutional performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Represent the academy in professional forums, meetings, and international discussions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Healthcare Education / Healthcare Management.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in nursing education, training, or healthcare administration.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and academic leadership.
• Strong knowledge of global nursing standards and international placement processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in coordinating with international institutions will be a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
