Job Description

We are hiring a Head NNP for a leading pharmaceutical company based in Ahmedabad
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of strong experience managing Neuro / Nephro / Psychiatry (NNP) therapy portfolios or similar specialized segments
Responsibilities include leading the overall portfolio strategy, driving brand performance, managing cross-functional teams, supporting medical and marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
The role requires strong expertise in specialty therapies, stakeholder management, business planning, market analysis, and product lifecycle management
Candidates must have excellent communication, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills with a proven track record of driving growth in specialty pharma segments
