Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall

  plant maintenance operations

  ensuring minimal downtime and high equipment reliability.
• Monitor and improve

  OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)

  through root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement

  preventive and predictive maintenance

  schedules across all plant machinery.
• Plan and manage

  breakdown maintenance

  with detailed equipment-wise records and reporting.
• Ensure regular

  spares/critical spares management

  – procurement of critical spares, stock management, and cost-saving initiatives by in-house/outsourced development.
• Drive

  cost optimization projects

  through process improvements, productivity enhancement, and indigenization of parts.
• Lead

  installation, commissioning, and overhauling

  of CNC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation machines.
• Coordinate with vendors for

  technical specifications and new machine selection

  .
• Oversee compliance with

  ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001

  standards, ensuring documentation and audits.
• Act as

  Internal Auditor

  for Quality, EHS, and Safety systems.
• Ensure

  EHS compliance

  with periodic audits, inspections, and certifications.
• Liaise with government bodies for

  HT connection, DG set installation, explosive licensing, and statutory inspections

  .
• Manage large-scale

  existing/new

  projects

  including expansion, solar plant commissioning, and facility setup.
• Lead, mentor, and develop

  maintenance teams

  for technical excellence and safety culture.
• Ensure monitoring of MTTR, MTBF on daily/weekly basis for reducing the maintenance cost.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in

  mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  CNC, welding, forming, and heavy fabrication machinery

  .
• Certified

  Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (Preferred)

• Excellent in

  problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration

  .
• Proficient in

  EHS compliance, ISO documentation, and audits

  .
• Strong ability in

  project management

  and liaising with statutory authorities.
