As the Head of Learning and Development (L&D) at our company in Pune, your role will involve developing and executing strategies to enhance the capabilities of our workforce. You will be responsible for designing structured learning programs, managing training operations, and collaborating with department heads to align L&D initiatives with business priorities. Your focus will be on implementing learning programs that support our business goals and improve overall performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute L&D strategies to support organisational objectives and workforce capability building. - Identify training needs across departments and design structured learning programs accordingly. - Create and manage training modules for technical, sales, leadership, and soft-skills development. - Oversee training operations: content creation, scheduling, delivery, assessments, and feedback. - Collaborate with department heads to ensure L&D initiatives align with business priorities. - Coordinate with internal trainers or external training partners as needed. - Implement digital learning solutions, e-learning modules, and blended learning approaches. - Monitor training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance improvements. - Support continuous learning culture through onboarding programs, workshops, and development initiatives. - Manage training documentation, reports, and compliance requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - A formal degree is not required; candidates may be degree-holders or self-taught. - Strong reading, writing, and communication skills are required. - Strong understanding of training design, adult learning principles, and modern learning tools. - Familiarity with LMS platforms or digital learning tools is an added advantage. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar training-focused role. The salary offered is as per industry standards.
