About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Head – Landscape Architect to lead our landscape architecture practice and oversee the delivery of high-quality, sustainable design solutions for diverse projects. This role demands strong design leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage client relationships while guiding a multidisciplinary team toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all aspects of landscape architecture projects from conceptual design through construction documentation and delivery.
• Provide strategic and creative leadership in site planning, planting design, layout, and construction detailing.
• Develop and implement sustainable design strategies aligned with environmental goals and best practices.
• Manage project pipelines, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all design outputs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design coordination and technical accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and present design proposals, drawings, and documentation effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (or advanced) Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum 16 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, including senior management or leadership roles within private consulting firms.
• Proven expertise in site planning, planting design, and construction detailing with a creative and practical approach.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sustainable site design principles and their application in large-scale projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
