Head Investor Relationship

As the Head Investor Relationship, your primary role will be to ensure that shareholders are well-informed and engaged. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Investor Relations (IR) strategies, handling inquiries, preparing reports, and building strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions. Key Responsibilities: - Organizing earnings calls and investor meetings on a quarterly basis. - Creating a comprehensive Investor meet deck that covers industry dynamics, organizational strategies, progress updates, and financial information. - Developing a response guide for senior management to address potential key queries and clarifications during quarterly investor interactions. - Representing the organization, alongside the senior management team, in investor and analyst conferences and calls. - Conducting competitive analysis across key players in the domestic and international industry, as well as in adjacent industries, to provide valuable insights to the management. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate education in a relevant field. - Proficiency in fund raising, investment, investor relations, and regulatory compliance.
