Head Investor Relationship

You will be responsible for ensuring shareholders are well-informed and engaged by developing and implementing Investor Relations (IR) strategies. This will involve handling inquiries, preparing reports, and fostering relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions. Your primary duties will include organizing earnings calls and investor meetings each quarter, creating a comprehensive Investor meet deck that covers industry dynamics, organizational strategies, progress updates, and financial information. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing a response guide for senior management on potential key queries during quarterly investor interactions. You will also represent the organization, alongside the senior management team, at investor and analyst conferences and calls. Another crucial aspect of your role will be to conduct competitive analysis on key players in the domestic and international industry landscape, as well as in adjacent industries, in order to provide valuable insights to the management team. As the Head Investor Relationship, you will need to possess strong skills in fund raising, investment, investor relation, and regulatory compliance.
