Head Insurer Relationships

Role Overview: You will be joining Jio Insurance Broking Limited (JIBL) as a professional to lead its Insurer Relationships vertical. Based in our Mumbai Office, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our POSP and Retail businesses by serving as the primary interface between JIBL and its insurance partners. Your responsibilities will include managing strategic relationships, driving product collaboration, and ensuring alignment between insurer offerings and JIBL's business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end relationships with all insurance partners. - Drive product development, customization, and innovation in collaboration with insurers. - Oversee negotiations, commercials, and business alignment across product lines. - Maintain continuous engagement with insurers for business planning and performance tracking. - Collaborate closely with internal business, product, and compliance teams for seamless execution. Qualification Required: - Professionals with relevant experience in insurance broking or insurance companies. - Strong understanding of retail insurance products including motor, health, life, and other insurance lines, along with solid knowledge of product grids, pricing structures, and insurer product portfolios. - Proven relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities.,
