Head - Institutions Development

Education:MBA from a premier institute (IIM/ISB or equivalent). Background in economics/public policy is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 8-12 years overall, with at least 3-5 years inMarket Accesswithin healthcare/pharma.
- Exposure topricing, reimbursement, health economics, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience incommercial strategy, go-to-market planning, and integrated marketing.
Skills:
- Strong understanding ofhealthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment.
- Ability to drivecross-functional projectsand influence senior stakeholders.
- Analytical capability with exposure todata-driven decision-making.
Preferred:Prior consulting experience (BCG, McKinsey, etc.) or experience incommercial excellence roles.
