Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Human Resource Management:

Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures across all project sites
Handle end-to-end manpower recruitment for projects and head office positions
Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Monitor statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Contract Labour Act, etc.)
Drive performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives
Resolve grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policy

Administration & Site Coordination:

Oversee administrative functions at HO & across all project sites (transport, guest house, mess, security, housekeeping, etc.).
Ensure proper upkeep of assets, office infrastructure, and logistics.
Handle vendor management and AMC renewals for admin-related services.
Liaise with government/labour/local authorities for licenses, inspections, and compliance.
Support project teams with manpower deployment and site establishment activities.

Policy & System Implementation:

Introduce process improvements in HR and Admin systems.
Maintain employee records, service books, and documentation.
Coordinate with Accounts and Management for HR budgets, salary disbursement, and cost control.
