Head - Finance (Renewable Energy)

This is for Renewal Energy Division - Candidate having experience in project organization should only apply. Please note its a Senior Role so year of experience has to be more than 15 Years

1. Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Define and implement financial strategies aligned with the New Energy business objectives.
  
• Lead capital structuring, fundraising, and treasury operations for large-scale RE, BESS, and hybrid projects.
  
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive growth and profitability.
  

2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning

• Oversee preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term business plans.
  
• Drive financial modeling for new projects, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs for performance tracking.
  

3. Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, PE funds, and multilateral agencies.
  
• Structure equity, debt, and hybrid financing for projects and corporate needs.
  
• Oversee investor reporting and communications for the vertical.
  

4. Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with

  IFRS, Ind-AS, Companies Act, SEBI, CERC, and other regulatory requirements.

• Establish strong internal controls, risk frameworks, and corporate governance practices.
  
• Oversee audits, tax planning, and statutory reporting.
  

5. Business Partnering & Decision Support

• Provide financial insights and decision support for bidding, project execution, and M&A opportunities.
  
• Evaluate capex proposals, PPA structures, and regulatory impacts.
  
• Support commercial negotiations and contract structuring.
  

6. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor the finance, accounts, and treasury teams within the New Energy vertical.
  
• Build capabilities in project finance, FP&A, and digital finance tools.
  
• Drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
