Job Description

Finance, Commercial & Material Management Head

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership & Strategy

Lead the Finance & Accounts operations including planning, budgeting, MIS, cash flow, and cost control.
Oversee financial reporting as per accounting standards and ensure timely closure of books.

Statutory Compliance & Audits

Manage all statutory filings: GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other regulatory compliances.
Coordinate with internal/external auditors and ensure full audit readiness.

Taxation

Handle GST compliance, ITC reconciliation, e-invoicing, income tax matters, and address departmental queries.
Ensure timely assessments, returns, and documentation.

Corporate Governance & Companies Act

Oversee ROC filings, board meeting documentation, statutory registers, and compliance under Companies Act.

ImportExport Finance & Commercial Management

Manage export-import related finance activities, including vendor contracts, pricing negotiations, LCs, forex dealings, and customs compliance.
Ensure smooth financial management of all export operations.

Material & Inventory Management

Oversee inventory planning, valuation, and control to support manufacturing and cost efficiency.
Ensure inventory is aligned with production and financial goals.

Banking & Risk Management

Liaise with banks and financial institutions for funding, credit limits, and treasury operations.
Strengthen internal financial controls and minimize business risks.

Qualifications & Skills:

CA with
15+ years
of relevant experience in manufacturing (export background preferred).
Strong expertise in taxation, compliance, financial controls, and commercial functions.
Experience with
SAP
.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
