As an experienced Financial Controller with over 12 years of senior leadership experience in fast-growing companies, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial activities to ensure the company's financial stability and support long-term decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - **General Ledger (GL) Management**: Maintain bookkeeping standards, ensure the integrity of the general ledger, and oversee the accuracy of journal entries and financial data. - **Accounts Receivable (AR)**: Supervise the AR process to guarantee timely reconciliation. - **Financial Reporting**: Collaborate with GL Managers to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate MIS reporting of business performance. - **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Lead budgeting and financial forecasting processes while aligning them with strategic objectives. Implement cost management strategies to control overspending and optimize savings. - **Financial Planning & Analysis**: Analyze financial results, provide insightful commentary, and deliver variance analysis to support management decisions. - **Audit & Regulatory Compliance**: Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and financial standards. - **Team Management**: Provide supervision and mentorship to the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous professional development. Additionally, as a CA Qualified professional with excellent financial skills, you will need to have an excellent understanding of financial accounting and financial management requirements, as well as experience in managing a remote team. Please note that the company is based in Cochin (WFO) with a Monday to Friday work schedule and alternate Saturdays working.
