The purpose of this role is to develop and manage relationships with Family Offices, understand their financial/investment objectives & risk appetite, and recommend appropriate products.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Define the sales strategy for the Family Office channel and achieve the established
  targets.

• Establish, grow, and manage investment relationships with Family Offices.

• Be the trusted investment advisor to the clients and deepen existing client relationships
  by providing appropriate investment advice and solutions.

• Acquire new clients through market intelligence & networking engagements.

• Share market updates and house views to clients on a timely basis.

• Update clients on their investments and performance.

• Leverage existing client relationships and other sources to acquire new clients.

• Recognize changes in clients/market environment which may present opportunities.

• Enhance client experience through strong relationship management.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Capital market knowledge and relevant industry experience.

• Strong understanding of financial products and ability to explain to clients in a simple and
  engaging way.

• Ability to manage communication and influence stakeholders both within and outside the
  firm.

• Established relationships with Family Office clients.

• Experience in recruiting and building a team.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident.

• NISM VA certified or willingness to complete certification before joining.

Educational Qualifications:

MBA, CFA, CFP, or any equivalent degree.

Years of Experience:

Minimum 10+ years of experience required.
