This is a strategic leadership position combining individual contributions with team management responsibilities. As the Head - Equity Advisory - HNI for the HNI Business at Anand Rathi Shares & Securities Limited, you will spearhead the equity advisory function nationwide, driven by a deep passion for equity markets and leveraging extensive expertise in equity advisory and research. Operating in a matrix structure, you will collaborate closely with Regional Heads, Branch Managers, and cross-functional teams including institutional and retail equity research (both fundamental and technical) to deliver tailored wealth creation ideas and strategies aligned with client profiles and needs. The role requires expert-level knowledge in fundamentals, technical analysis, cash markets, and futures & options (F&O) markets. You will drive performance across HNI advisors, enhance client relationships, and contribute to business growth through revenue optimization, client acquisition, and capability building.
