Job Description

We are looking for a senior professional to lead the Electrical Maintenance function at our large-scale cattle feed manufacturing plants. The role will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted plant operations through preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead electrical maintenance across the entire plant, including HT/LT systems, motors, panels, drives, and utilities.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns.
Ensure timely troubleshooting, repair, and restoration of electrical equipment.
Plan and execute electrical projects, upgrades, and energy optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
Manage and mentor the plant electrical maintenance team.
Coordinate with production, mechanical, and utility teams for seamless operations.

Candidate Profile :

B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 1218 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
Prior experience in large manufacturing / FMCG / agro / process industries preferred.
Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, PLCs, drives, control panels, and plant automation.
Proven ability to lead a team, drive energy efficiency, and ensure safety compliance.
Problem-solving mindset with strong execution and leadership skills.
