As an E-commerce Manager at our company, your role will involve developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive growth, traffic, and conversions. You will collaborate with external agencies and vendors to manage campaigns, deliverables, and timelines. Moreover, you will coordinate with UX, content, and design teams for website optimization, landing pages, and creatives. It will be essential for you to track user journeys, analyze conversion funnels, and identify areas of improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and managing a digital marketing calendar, forecasting campaigns, and expected ROI. Monitoring performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Web Analytics to optimize strategies will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with social media and marketing teams to align promotions, product launches, and campaigns will be crucial. Keeping an eye on competitor activity and staying updated with Shopify innovations, tools, and trends will help you stay ahead in the industry. You will also prepare and present detailed sales and performance analysis reports and lead and mentor the e-commerce team to ensure smooth daily operations and long-term growth. Qualifications Required: - Proven expertise in managing Shopify-based e-commerce businesses. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, funnels, and analytics. - Ability to create and execute data-driven strategies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. - Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends, tools, and customer behavior.
