Job Description

Role Overview: You will be the Head of Digital Media, Marketing, and Publication, responsible for leading and transforming the organization's digital media, marketing, and publishing verticals. Your role will involve defining and implementing a long-term growth strategy, building a high-performing team, and establishing the brand as an industry thought leader. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and advocate the organization's digital media vision across various platforms including social media, video, web, and emerging media. - Lead and optimize content strategies, influencer marketing, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing initiatives. - Continuously analyze data and metrics to make informed adjustments for optimizing engagement, conversion, and ROI. - Conceptualize, direct, and execute integrated marketing campaigns for products, events, and community-building efforts. - Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment of messaging and enhance brand resonance across touchpoints. - Maintain a consistent brand voice and positioning across digital and traditional platforms. - Oversee the creation and distribution of in-house publications, ensuring high-quality content across newsletters, articles, whitepapers, and special reports. - Spearhead a culture of excellence in publishing and content creation, aligning it with overall marketing and business objectives. - Build, mentor, and manage a diverse team of marketing leaders, writers, editors, designers, and analysts. - Establish ambitious OKRs and KPIs, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the marketing and publishing organization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Business, or related fields. - 5-10 years of experience in senior marketing or publishing roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. - Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, and other industry platforms.,
