Job Summary:

Head Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Leadership:

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers and external agencies.

• Performance Marketing:

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Display, Retargeting).
• Drive performance across acquisition, conversion, and ROI metrics.

• SEO & Content Marketing:

• Oversee SEO strategy (technical + content) to grow organic traffic.
• Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to create engaging digital content.

• Social Media & Community:

• Manage brand presence on social platforms and build engaging campaigns.
• Identify trends and growth opportunities across channels.

• Email & CRM:

• Manage email marketing, lead nurturing, and CRM campaigns to increase repeat bookings and customer retention.

• Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product, tech, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in the

  travel, hospitality, or online B2C

  industry.
• Proven track record of building and scaling digital marketing strategies.
• Strong expertise in

  performance marketing, SEO, analytics, and content marketing

  .
• Experience working with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and ad tech platforms.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
