Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CRM Head to lead our post-sales customer journey. You will be the key driver of customer satisfaction, payment collections, documentation, possession process, and overall relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the CRM team and manage end-to-end customer lifecycle post-booking.
  • Ensure smooth documentation, agreement execution, and timely collections.
  • Handle customer queries, grievances, and post-possession support.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Projects teams.
  • Enhance customer experience and loyalty through efficient systems and communication.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of CRM experience, preferably in real estate, residential or commercial sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and real estate processes.
  • Customer-first mindset with a sharp eye on operational efficiency.
  • Candidates Preferred who can join from immediate to 15 days timeframe.
  • Candidates should be from Pune and PCMC regions only, relocation and outside Pune candidates don't apply
