As a Corporate Communications professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's objectives and enhance its reputation. Your role will involve leading the corporate communications team in executing PR campaigns, media relations, and internal communications initiatives. You will also manage external communication activities, including press releases, media inquiries, and public announcements. As the company's spokesperson, you will maintain positive relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and other stakeholders. Your duties will include overseeing crisis communication planning and response to protect the company's reputation during emergencies or challenging situations. You will monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to identify opportunities for proactive communication strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels. Furthermore, you will provide strategic communication counsel to senior leadership and support internal communications efforts to engage employees and build a strong corporate culture. It will be crucial for you to measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and continuously improve strategies based on feedback and data insights. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 15-18 years of experience in Corporate Communications, preferably in the Airports industry. - Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies. - Proven experience in crisis communication and issues management. - Strong network with media outlets and industry influencers. Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. - Master's degree or MBA in Communications or related field preferred. Certification Required: - Professional certification in Public Relations or Corporate Communications is a plus.
