Requirement Details:

• Location

  : Bangalore , Chennai, if candidate is open to travel frequently to Bangalore

• Designation:

  Head, Corporate Actions

• Experience: 12 to 15 Years
• Expected Notice Period

  : Immediate to 30 days

Required Profile:

Production team is already there, purely production profiles not required

Strong domain knowledge mandatory.

Global role – would handle team abroad

Soft skills important - senior stakeholder management, understanding big picture

System migrations - Legacy to target system which is not finalized.

Corporation actions – brokerage space required, custody space not required.

Handle large volumes, Corporate Actions lifecycle, large migration transformation.

Application transformation

Hands on

Global exposure

Application migration from one CA to another

Bancs usually work on custody side

Tools – infomosaic preferable, any other tool will work

Even 1 system migration will work

Team Management / Team size – 80+
