HEAD COACH U19 MEN AND WOMEN NATIONAL TEAM

As a Football Coach for our team, your role will involve creating and implementing training programmes to enhance the fitness, skills, and talents of the team. You will be responsible for developing effective game strategies to improve the team's chances of winning, evaluating opposing teams to design counteracting strategies, and leading team meetings to review games, strategize, and set goals. Additionally, you will oversee daily team activities, collaborate with team physicians and trainers to ensure player fitness, recruit new talent, manage the team budget, offer mentorship to players, and work closely with administrative staff. You must also be well-versed in Child Safeguarding Policies & Best Practices and conduct quality enhancement programs for youth coaches, along with providing necessary clinics and training sessions to AIFF scouts.
