Responsabilities:

• Plan and lead technical and tactical training sessions for youth players (ages 12–18).
• Assess talent for potential inclusion in international high-performance programs.
• Coordinate with local coaching staff and support team.
• Represent Nastic Sports Academy with professionalism and a commitment to player development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience coaching youth teams or high-performance academies.
• Fluent in English (conversational level or higher).
• Full availability during the camp dates.
• Proactive attitude, cultural openness, and a passion for mentoring young players.

Compensation & Benefits:

• 💰

  Total compensation for 20 days

  : €1,500–€2,000 (depending on experience).
