Good English Communication Skills and Customer Handling
Exposure to CNC Machines - Horizontal Boring M/c , CNC Turrets, SPMs, VMCs, Grinding & Honing CNC Machines.
Proven Experience in Managing Mid scale CNC Manufacturing operations.
Strong Understanding of Statistical Process Control for High Precision CNC components - Cp,CPk Capabilities.
Strong Understanding of 3D dimensional measurement of Critical parameters.
Strong Understanding of Quality Standards & Regulatory Compliance.
Leadership & team Management Capabilities.
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Proficiency in ERP systems & Production Planning tools.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Qualifications : BE/Btech in Mechanical/Production Engg.
Experience : 10-15 years experience in a CNC machining Setup manufacturing High Precision Components.
