As the Head Brewer at Local Ferment Co, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the brewing process, monitoring fermentation, developing recipes, sourcing ingredients, ensuring quality control, and managing the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise the daily brewing operations, including recipe development, ingredient sourcing, fermentation management, batch maintenance, and quality control. - Collaborate with the management team to innovate new flavors and maintain consistent quality standards. - Procure and manage brewery equipment and inventory. - Optimize beverage costs and follow hygiene Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Maintain accurate records of batch details, costs, and damages using Excel. - Coordinate with the sales team to anticipate monthly production requirements and budget effectively.
