Fluency in Bengali, English, and Hindi (optional) is required for effective communication in the workplace. It is essential to possess character attributes such as honesty, flexibility, enthusiasm, reliability, dedication, and a continuous learning attitude. Responsibilities of the Brewery Plant Manager include ensuring consistent high quality and efficient brewery operations, overseeing pub brewing, production brewing, packaging, quality control, maintenance, and utilities. You will be responsible for monitoring daily plant operations, ensuring beer quality, promoting a safety culture, and collaborating with management on brewery projects and expansion programs. Additionally, working closely with the Brew master to develop new products and mentor the operations team are key aspects of this role.
