KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Planning Development & Execution:

• Designing of new development projects, work closely with management and assist in site selection, Planning of infrastructure projects as per the market demands.
• Responsible for getting necessary approvals for Architect based on layouts and construction models prepared for the project.
• Scrutiny of Drawings, cost analysis, offering comments and consulting with the GM-Constructions on suggestions and changes as may be required before getting final approval from MD.
• Coordinate with Principal Architect/ Govt. authorities as and when required.
• Preparing all supporting / typical drawings for the reference of Project Managers at site to maintain the structure technically sound.
• Examine potential risks/ issues and approve changes in layouts as required by the customer.
• Market enquiry for new Modern Building material and technology to build the economical and best Residents houses.
• Proactively identify any gaps and take corrective actions as necessary in consultation with GM Construction wherever required.
• Stay abreast of any development and new trends in the industry, best practices used and suggest to MD and GM Construction. Innovate and implement new & improved ideas wherever possible.
• Periodical Reports regarding projects under progress any other report as and when required by MD or GM Constructions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to facilitate strategic real estate and business initiatives. Work with construction and other team to design top-class facilities.
• Monitor Projects for Safety and establish and maintain a safe working environment on all project sites. Train the team on maintaining safety guidelines and practices
